I specialize in metaphysical health and wellness. I do this by facilitating energy balancing treatments that consist of Reiki, crystals, elements of sound therapy, and aromatherapy. When combined, these separate modalities come together for an overall uplifting, balancing, and grounding therapeutic experience.

What is Reiki you may ask? Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.  Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. The utilization of crystals for healing is an ancient practice. Their use can be traced back to the ancient Egyptians, Sumerians, Mayans, Aztecs, Chinese, Celts and also African and Native American tribes. The work crystals do is felt on a holistic level, which means that they work on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels of being. They realign subtle energies and dissolve dis-ease, getting to the root cause. What is dis-ease you may ask? Dis-ease is the state that results from physical imbalances, blocked feelings, suppressed emotions and/or negative thinking.  Most illnesses result from a combination of factors. Dis-ease may occur at a subtle level. It may be emotional or mental, or a sign of spiritual unrest, unease, or disconnection. Crystals gently deal with the cause of the imbalance(s) and allow for growth and healing.

Readings:

Tarot reading is less of a science and more of an art form. Every reader has their own personal relationship with the tarot and therefore their own set of interpretations for the cards’ meanings. Insights on health, finances, romance, professional and spiritual development and major life changes can be taken away from a reading.

​

For my readings, I use a combination of intuition, tarot, crystals and oracle cards. I use these different tools together because they will jointly point out major themes within your reading. They reiterate the major changes happening within your life and allow for more insights to be processed and given.
